Al Shaver brings 40+ years of construction industry experience; beginning as a laborer for American Asphalt, eventually starting his own company, Shaver & Sons in 1990, then purchasing Dominic's Equipment in 2004.

AJ brings over 20 years of experience with him from a wide array of green industry / construction related jobs. He rejoined the Shaver & Sons / Dominic’s Equipment Rental team in July 2013.
Nick Rusinko
Sales Associate
Growing up on his family farm, Nick has been around equipment all of his life. After graduating from Tunkhannock area high school in 2010, he pursued a degree in the diesel repair field and graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute in 2012 with that degree.
Bobby Sorber
Outside Sales Associate
Bobby started working in the construction field at age 17 and has always been involved in the construction industry. For the last 17 years, he has been working inside sales at 2 of the largest equipment manufacturers in the world, most recently working for Komatsu.
Polly Whispell
Office Manager
Working for Dominic's since nearly the start, Polly has been with Dominic's since January of 2005.
