AJ Shaver / Director of Operations & Development

AJ brings over 20 years of experience with him from a wide array of green industry / construction related jobs. He rejoined the Shaver & Sons / Dominic’s Equipment Rental team in July 2013. AJ grew up in the family business since the mid-1980s, but for the last 10 years he worked for a nationwide commercial landscaping company. AJ has a great working knowledge of all the machinery from working as a landscape construction superintendent. AJ also holds a high standard on customer service & sales, and enjoys developing business relationships. AJ’s primary goal at Dominic’s is customer satisfaction. As the Director of Operations & Development, he is focused on the rental business and keeping the synergy and team effort in motion with Shaver & Sons INC.
